PARKING
Are you travelling by car or motorbike? Our video surveilled, 32 parking lots, underground parking is just a hundred feet away from the hotel and is completely inaccessible without our special magnetic parking card. As an alternative we also offer some open air parking lots which are also hundred feet away from our house, perfect for those who need to be free to move quickly and easily. Our parking opportunities are completely free for our guests.
BAR
Our hotel bar with terrace is equipped for your leisure, you’ll be able to kill some time by sipping Aperol Spritz or a full-bodied glass of wine from our territory. You’re welcome to make yourself at home by sitting in our open air area and enjoy the sun while reading a book or a newspaper, in addition to our comfortable armchairs, we have a wonderful tent with soft cushions waiting for you.
INTERNET
WI-FI is free and fast! Thanks to the hot-spots on every floor you’ll be easily connected to the net in your room as well. And for the guests who do not own any technological device, we have a computer with printing opportunity.
TICKET and TOURS
Please feel free to ask the Front Desk for information about tours to the main cities and attractions of Northern Italy. You can book wine tasting tours in the famous wine cellars of the Valpolicella area as well as cooking classes, Vespa tours, bus day-trips to Milano, Verona and Venice, cable car rides to the refreshing mountaintop of the Montebaldo, magic summer evenings sitting on the ancient stairs of the Arena di Verona enjoying an Opera performance and much more.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS
If you wish to celebrate a special anniversary (birthday, wedding anniversary, etc.) we will be pleased to help you with the organisation of any surprise. We can buy flowers, champagne and so on for you and deliver them directly in to your room or on your breakfast table in the morning.
TRANSFER
We can offer a private or collective transfer service to and from the main train stations and airports of Northern Italy. If you wish us to organize your pick-up/drop-off, please send us an e-mail with your travel details as soon as possible.
DOGS
Since pets have become real members of the family, it’s taken for granted that they’re welcome in our house. As well as you they pay a little fee, such as Euro 10 per day/dog, and for sanitary reason the access to the restaurant is precluded to them. But no worries, we will be very happy to welcome you and your dog on our wonderful terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner together.

Are you feeling sporty and venturesome? Our Electric Mountain Bike rental service could be just what you’re looking for to define the last details of you stay with us. We have various models of two of the best brands on the market: NEOX and FOCUS. Feel free to write us for any further information.
